Tech Innovations conceived the Setupuram AI Data Centre, architected the project and invites the right partners into the consortium that will deliver it. Setupuram Limited, the founding member of the consortium, contributes the land; the project company, when formed, will be led by the developer-operator Tech Innovations selects.

Project status

The Setupuram AI Data Centre is a proposed project at the pre-feasibility stage. Its capacity, investment envelope and cooling concept are the project's own decisions and targets, subject to the studies described in its project report. No tenant, investor, lender, consortium member, power connection, approval, government memorandum or incentive is secured or implied unless this site says so expressly.

Partners named in research

The project's partner research identifies potential partners from public information. No organisation is a participant unless it has said so in writing, and no organisation's name or logo on this site implies endorsement.

Securities

No securities are offered on this site, and nothing on it is an invitation to subscribe. Institutional investors, lenders and advisers are invited to an introductory conversation about possible roles, as described on the investment track page and in the Terms of use. Any securities process would be separate, directed to identified eligible persons and conducted under the Companies Act 2013 and the applicable regulations.

Expressions of capability are not tenders. Vendor selection, where it occurs, follows a recorded competitive process. Non-commitment, non-exclusivity and conflict-of-interest notices apply to every partner area.
