What this site is

This site describes Tech Innovations, the projects it conceives and leads, the consortia it builds for them, and how an organisation can submit its capabilities for a role. Information on it is given in good faith from the project's own documents, with each figure carrying the status those documents give it, and may change as studies progress.

What this site is not

Tech Innovations welcomes introductory discussions with experienced infrastructure funds, lenders, strategic developers and transaction advisers about possible development and financing roles in the projects it organises. This site does not offer securities or invite subscriptions. Nothing on it is an offer of securities, an invitation to subscribe for shares, debentures or any other instrument, a prospectus, a private placement offer, or investment advice, and no financial terms, pricing, returns or subscription route are published here. Any future issue of securities by any company connected with a project would take place separately, under the Companies Act 2013 and the applicable regulations, through documents addressed to identified eligible persons. Nothing on this site is a tender, a request for quotation, a prequalification or an award.

Capability submissions

A capability submission is an unsolicited statement of your organisation's experience and interest. It creates no contract, no entitlement to selection, consortium membership, contract award, equity, exclusivity or access to project information, and no obligation on Tech Innovations to respond within any period. You confirm that what you submit is true to the best of your knowledge, that you have authority to submit it, and that you have the right to share any material you include. Do not submit confidential material; confidential exchange follows a confidentiality agreement.

Conduct

Organisations approaching Tech Innovations must comply with the anti-bribery, anti-corruption and sanctions laws that apply to them, must disclose any actual or potential conflict of interest, and must not offer any gift, payment or benefit to influence a screening, selection or decision. Selection for paid roles is by competitive proposal, with the method and the decision recorded.

No completeness, financing, regulatory approval or future outcome is promised, and you should not rely on the site as the basis for an investment, procurement or contractual decision.
