Privacy notice

Who is responsible

Commonwealth Inclusive Growth Services Limited, of which Tech Innovations is a brand, is responsible for the personal data described in this notice. Contact for privacy matters: enquiries@techinnovations.ai. A request is acknowledged and answered within the period the law requires.

What we collect, and why

When you browse. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. The server that delivers the pages keeps the technical records that any web server keeps for delivery, security and abuse prevention: the connecting address, the browser type and the time of each request. Those records are kept for a short period for security purposes and are not used to identify visitors. If we add privacy-aware visit analytics later, this notice will be updated first, and no submission, identity or document will ever be placed in an analytics tool.

When you make a capability submission. At first contact we ask only for your organisation's name and official domain; the name, role and business email of the person writing; the partner area that fits; one comparable assignment, in a sentence; and a short message. We ask for this to judge whether your organisation has done comparable work and could take a role in a consortium we organise, and to reply to you.

If a conversation follows. After screening we may ask for more: further comparable assignments with verification details, capability and delivery capacity, and what you would propose to contribute. We do not ask for personal identification documents, personal financial information, audited accounts or proprietary designs at the public stage, and we ask you not to send them.

Who sees it

Tech Innovations, meaning the project team at Commonwealth Inclusive Growth Services Limited, and advisers it engages under confidentiality where a decision needs their expertise. The hosted form service we use to receive submissions, Zoho Forms (Zoho Corporation), processes them on our instructions and stores them in Zoho's India data centre. Zoho's published sub-processor directory lists no sub-processor for Zoho Forms. We do not publish submissions, share them with other applicants, or sell them. The information is stored in India. If any of it must be transferred outside India to be processed, we do so only where the law permits and under written terms with the service concerned.

How long we keep it

Submissions that we do not take forward are deleted within twelve months after we tell the organisation that we will not proceed, unless a legal obligation, a dispute or a documented business reason requires us to keep them longer. Where an engagement follows, we keep the records that the engagement and the law require, for as long as they require, and then delete or anonymise them. Technical server records are kept for a short period for security purposes only. Our internal retention schedule records the period for each kind of record.

Your choices

You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, withdraw a consent you have given, or withdraw a submission, by writing to enquiries@techinnovations.ai. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting. Some requests are subject to exceptions in law, for example where we must keep a record. We acknowledge every request and answer within the period the law requires. Where the law gives you further rights, including the right to nominate another person to exercise them, we will honour them from the date those provisions come into force.
