Compute and cloud
AI computing infrastructure and cloud capacity
Tenants bring the computing. The campus is designed to the standards they buy to.
At a glance
The opportunity
A campus designed for AI from the first rack: the cloud operators who will fill it, and the chips, servers, hardware and integrators whose standards shape it.
What we expect
AI cloud and GPU providers; chip, server and hardware companies with reference designs or certification programmes; systems integrators taking AI into production.
What to send
Your clusters, product range or programmes, the standards or reference designs you work to, and one deployment at scale, in a sentence each.
Why this matters to the project
The computing will come from AI cloud operators, hyperscalers, sovereign AI programmes and enterprises. GPU cloud operators running training and batch inference are natural tenants for an AI campus of this kind.
Chip reference designs and certification programmes, server rack designs that fix floor loading, manifolds and coolant interfaces, and the hardware tenants specify all shape the basis of design before any equipment is ordered.
Systems integrators and managed-service firms decide how quickly a large organisation puts capacity to work.
Opportunities in this area
Every area is open now. Early conversations are welcome wherever your organisation can contribute.
AI cloud and GPU providers
GPU cloud operators running training and batch inference are natural tenants for an AI campus of this kind.
Chips and accelerators
Reference designs and certification programmes that set the standard tenants buy to.
IT and computing hardware
Racks, servers, storage and high-performance computing equipment, largely specified by tenants and their vendors.
Servers and systems
Rack designs that fix floor loading, manifolds and coolant interfaces.
Systems integrators and managed services
The firms that take AI from proof of concept into production inside large organisations: workload assessment and migration, integration with existing estates, and managed operation afterwards.
What we ask you to show
The submission starts with your experience: up to three comparable assignments, completed or in operation, with the year, location, your role, the scale in the measure that fits your discipline, the status and a way to verify it. Newer specialist firms are welcome to present documented pilots and the founding team's record, clearly labelled. Then, for each opportunity you choose:
- AI cloud and GPU providers
- Clusters you have deployed, number and generation of accelerators, rack density and cooling architecture, training versus inference mix, and any sovereign or public compute credentials.
- Chips and accelerators
- Products qualified for liquid cooling, reference architectures, partner certification, serviceability and lifecycle, Indian field support, and any supply or export constraints.
- IT and computing hardware
- Product range and standards compliance, manufacturing location and capacity, reference installations in data centres or comparable industrial facilities, and service and spares arrangements in Tamil Nadu.
- Servers and systems
- Liquid-cooled racks delivered, cluster integration and burn-in, high-density references, OEM support terms, spares, and installation scale and logistics.
- Systems integrators and managed services
- Comparable programmes taken into production, the size of the estate involved, your delivery teams in India, and the managed services you run afterwards.
For manufacturers, contractors and service providers, one comparable supply or project in a sentence is enough at registration: what you supplied or built, where, when and at what scale. The full record is asked for when procurement in your area begins.

The data room
Selected organisations will be invited to a data room with further information.
Selected organisations receive, through the data room, the engineering envelope and the reference-design interfaces for their role. Technology partners shape the design as it advances.
Manufacturers, contractors and service providers who register now are known to the project's contractors and the project company when procurement in their area begins. Procurement is a recorded competitive process, run by the party that holds the contract.
