Why this track matters to the project
The eight consortium tracks bring the partners who lead, finance, design and operate the campus. Beneath them sits a supply chain of manufacturers, contractors and service providers, much of it available in Tamil Nadu and the rest of India. The project's contractors and, later, the project company will procure from that supply chain by competitive process, starting when the design-build contractor is appointed and continuing through construction, commissioning and operations. Tech Innovations keeps this register so that capable suppliers are known before the first request for proposal is issued.

What we ask you to show
At registration, one comparable supply or project in a sentence is enough: what you supplied or built, where, when and at what scale. When procurement in your area begins, the contractor or the project company will ask for the full record:
- Manufacturers and suppliers
- product range and standards compliance, manufacturing location and capacity, reference installations in data centres or comparable industrial facilities, service and spares arrangements in Tamil Nadu.
- Contractors and installers
- comparable works with value and duration, safety record, workforce and equipment, certifications.
- Service and training providers
- comparable engagements, accreditation, capacity in the region.
What happens next
Registrations are held by Tech Innovations and shared with the project's design-build contractor and the project company as each area reaches procurement. Procurement is by competitive process, recorded, and run by the party that holds the contract, not by this website. Registering does not shorten or replace that process; it ensures your organisation is on the list when it starts.
Make a capability submission
Comparable work first. Screening by people. Nothing committed on either side until the document that records it says so.
A registration is not a tender, a request for quotation, a prequalification or an order, and creates no entitlement to selection or contract award. No supply, construction or service arrangement is claimed. Organisations must disclose conflicts of interest and must not offer any gift, payment or benefit to influence a selection. Procurement decisions rest with the contracting party at the time.
