Three engineers in protective equipment reviewing a drawing at a substation.

Master planners and design consultants

A master planner is among the first partners the project approaches.

What the project needs

The project needs a master plan and a basis of design for a high-density, liquid-cooled campus on the coast, with international peer review.

The campus is designed around what AI needs, not adapted to it: racks of 120 to 140 kW, a closed coolant loop to the sea, and land to expand in later phases.

Who it suits

Organisations such as:

  • Master planners and architects
  • Data-centre design consultants
  • MEP and structural designers
  • Engineering consultants and peer reviewers

How it connects to the campus

Chips and accelerators informs the basis of design.
Independent engineers reviews the design.

What to show

At registration, tell us about up to three comparable assignments, completed or in operation, with the year, location, your role, the scale in the measure that fits your discipline, the status and a way to verify it. Newer specialist firms are welcome to present documented pilots and the founding team's record, clearly labelled.

AI or hyperscale capacity designed in MW, site plans, coastal resilience and cyclone or surge design, reliability design methodology, independent validations, and digital design capability.

How to take part

  1. Register your interest

Tell us about your organisation and your area of interest.

  2. A conversation

We will arrange a confidential discussion to explore fit and opportunities.

  3. The data room

Selected organisations will be invited to a data room with further information.

Selected organisations receive, through the data room, the work package definitions, deliverables and interfaces for their discipline.

Paid roles are selected by competitive proposal, with the method and the decision recorded.
