Running the campus and serving compute demand
Running the campus and serving compute demand.
At a glance
The opportunity
The developer-operator that will run the project company, the anchor tenants and large compute buyers who fill the campus, and the firms and software that keep it running.
What we expect
Operators with facilities built and run at scale, liquid-cooling exposure and bankable references; tenants able to describe real capacity needs; facilities, automation and support-service providers.
What to send
One comparable facility, deployment or service: MW, where, when, your role. For tenants, the capacity, density and timing you can disclose.
Why this matters to the project
The developer-operator is the most important partner the consortium brings in. It brings equity, lenders, a design standard and tenant relationships, and will run the project company.
One or two anchor tenants make the campus financeable, and conversations with anchor tenants run alongside the first stage.
The operator runs the campus. Facilities-management firms, automation and operations software, and supporting services help it do so.
Opportunities in this area
Every area is open now. Early conversations are welcome wherever your organisation can contribute.
Anchor tenants and large compute buyers
The commitment that makes a 100 MW coastal campus financeable: a hyperscaler, an AI cloud, a frontier model developer or a large enterprise taking capacity, with the density, power and timing it is able to disclose.
Automation and operations software
Sensors, smart meters, SCADA, industrial controls, AI-based monitoring, predictive maintenance, facility management software.
Data-centre developers and operators
The developer-operator is the most important partner: equity, lenders, a design standard and tenant relationships, and the running of the project company.
Operations and facilities management
Specialist firms that support the operator in running the campus.
Other supporting services
Services not listed above that a campus of this kind needs.
What we ask you to show
The submission starts with your experience: up to three comparable assignments, completed or in operation, with the year, location, your role, the scale in the measure that fits your discipline, the status and a way to verify it. Newer specialist firms are welcome to present documented pilots and the founding team's record, clearly labelled. Then, for each opportunity you choose:
- Anchor tenants and large compute buyers
- Current contracted capacity and future requirements, power profile and target commissioning window, reliability and latency requirements, and the deployment precedents you are permitted to disclose.
- Automation and operations software
- Product range and standards compliance, manufacturing location and capacity, reference installations in data centres or comparable industrial facilities, and service and spares arrangements in Tamil Nadu.
- Data-centre developers and operators
- Facilities built and operated in MW, liquid-cooling exposure, uptime and service levels, contracting model, bankability references, credit standing, and the equity commitment you would consider.
- Operations and facilities management
- Facility MW operated, service level metrics, planned and preventive maintenance, critical spares, emergency response, staffing, security integration and incident history.
- Other supporting services
- Comparable engagements, accreditation and capacity in the region.
For manufacturers, contractors and service providers, one comparable supply or project in a sentence is enough at registration: what you supplied or built, where, when and at what scale. The full record is asked for when procurement in your area begins.

A conversation
We will arrange a confidential discussion to explore fit and opportunities.

The data room
Selected organisations will be invited to a data room with further information.
Selected organisations receive, through the data room, the design concept, the power and cooling assumptions, the connectivity brief and the tenant requirements for their role. Operators are among the first partners the project approaches; wider tenant conversations follow as the design advances.
Manufacturers, contractors and service providers who register now are known to the project's contractors and the project company when procurement in their area begins. Procurement is a recorded competitive process, run by the party that holds the contract.
