The opportunity
The critical path: a dedicated high-voltage connection, contracted renewable supply and storage for 100 MW. The transmission study is the project's first study, and the partners who deliver power are approached first.
What we expect
Transmission consultants, renewable producers, open-access and storage providers with firm MW delivered in Tamil Nadu or a comparable State. Priority engagement now.

One comparable connection, supply contract or storage project: MW or MWh, voltage, location, year, your role, and the regulatory licences you hold.
Why this track matters to the project
Power is the critical path. Phase 1 needs a dedicated high-voltage connection, likely 230 kV or 400 kV, with contracted renewable supply and storage; the State utilities decide the connection and private generators can supply contracted renewable power. A transmission study and a transmission consultant are the project's first approaches.
Disciplines in this track
Each discipline carries the stage at which Tech Innovations expects to engage it. Priority engagement means Tech Innovations is approaching this discipline before financial close. Register interest for a later phase means a submission is welcome now and is held until the project reaches that stage.

What we ask you to show
Before anything else, the capability submission asks for up to three comparable assignments, completed or in operation, with the year, location, your role, the scale in the measure that fits your discipline, the status and a way to verify it. Newer specialist firms may present documented pilots and the founding team's record instead, clearly labelled. Then, for this track:
- Power
- utilities, renewable producers, transmission and storage: Grid interface and electrical design references, firm MW and availability, round-the-clock renewable contracts, voltage classes, storage MWh, power quality and outage history, and regulatory licences.
What happens next
Organisations that Tech Innovations screens and accepts receive, after a confidentiality agreement, the load and reliability assumptions and the grid-study request for information from Tech Innovations. The transmission consultant appointment and the renewable supply discussions are stage 1, before financial close.
Make a capability submission
Comparable work first. Screening by people. Nothing committed on either side until the document that records it says so.
No sanctioned load, grid availability or power purchase agreement is claimed. The project has asked the State for a transmission study; its outcome will set the connection route. Tech Innovations decides how to proceed at every stage. A capability submission creates no entitlement to selection, consortium membership, contract award, equity or access to project information. Organisations must disclose conflicts of interest.
